Everyone who's ordered, soonest first. Confirm a request once you've got the deposit.
Someone who was not sure what they wanted. They have sent you a photo and a description and are waiting to hear back — they will not chase you. Open one, look at the photo, message them a price, then give it a time to turn it into a real order.
Priced and given a time. They sit in your orders now — this is just the record.
Shows at the top of the site. Leave blank to hide it.
These show in the "Current Deals" section on the site. Add up to 3 — either upload your flyer image, or type the deal out and the site styles it for you.
The site styles it for you, in your own fonts and colours.
Use the graphic you made — it compresses automatically.
One policy per line.
Two of your best shots, on the thank-you card under the booking calendar. They are cropped to a square, so keep anything important near the middle. Leave both empty and the card stays hidden. These two save the moment you pick them — you do not need the Save Changes button for photos.
Changes appear on the site immediately after saving.
Tick needs a photo on any service where you cannot start without seeing what they want — an “I'm not sure” option, a custom piece. Picking it makes the photo and the description required on your booking form.
Mins is how long that service takes you, in minutes — 120 for two hours, 240 for four. Your booking page never shows it; it uses it to stop two people taking times that overlap, so a four hour set booked at 4:30 takes 5:30 off the calendar by itself. Leave it blank and that service just uses your standard appointment length.

Clear a field to remove it from the site — it will not come back as a default.
What it costs to hold a spot. Type it however you like — 20, $20, "$20 non-refundable" — and it shows on your page, in your booking confirmation and in the calendar invite your client saves.
These become the deposit buttons clients see right after booking. Leave one blank to hide that button; the wording updates itself to match whichever you fill in. Leave both blank and the confirmation just says you'll confirm by DM.

Things you have already made, sold as-is. These appear under a toggle next to your prices. Add none and no toggle shows — your price list looks exactly as it does now. Photos are shrunk for you; keep it to about ten.
Tap an open slot to block it (day off), a blocked slot to reopen it, or a booked/pending slot to see the client's details.
These save on their own and change your booking page straight away.
One per line. Customers pick one of these after choosing their day. These can be exact times (10:00 AM) or spans (Morning, 9–12) — whichever suits you. Several orders can share the same one, so putting 10:00 AM here does not mean only one person can have it. Empty is fine: clear the box and they just pick a day, and you message them the time.
Leave a day empty if you have no limit — nothing on your page counts down and every date stays open. Set 0 for a day you do not work. Any single date can be changed on its own from the calendar — tap the date number.
Days. 0 lets someone book today. 2 means the soonest they can pick is two days out.
